SARAH ARNETT
From the pages of her own story – growing up in Africa and working in India after graduating in woven textiles from Brighton University – Sarah’s signature style reflects her passion for colour and pattern, and her love of botany and exotic creatures.
Moving seamlessly into luxury fashion on her return to Brighton, creating collections and designs for high-end stores worldwide, in the last five years Sarah has been exploring a broader creative process beyond fashion, applying her signature style to a myriad of new surfaces.
KIM HUNT
The element of collaboration – central to Modern Love’s offering – is second nature to Kim who as creative director at a number of international fashion titles – including fashion director of British Elle during its seminal groundbreaking years – has many years of experience as a collaborator, defining collections through fashion shoots, shows and advertising campaigns with clients and designers.
Her own style is one of informed and modern influences. Sensuality is a key part of her vocabulary and therefore textiles and surface design play a huge part in the end result. Using her editing skills, influences from all forms are brought together to create beautiful, thought provoking pieces.
